 Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor Powder

Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor powder protect metals from corrosion including the protection of within metallic container and sheds or internal crevice. VCI vapors may form a monolayer that is invisible on the metallic surface.

• Plant production, shipment for export, storage, and transportation
• Internal surfaces of a piping structure, radiator, boiler, engine, tank, motor, etc.
• For hydro testing (water pressure test) of a pipe, heat exchanger, cooling recirculation, boiler, or tank

• Inside a ship rudder, void, etc.

Corrosion inhibitor period

• 1 year or longer (The period can be extended depending on the level of sealing. As to inside rudders, semi-permanent protection is possible.)

FOAMER

Available in wall mount, or optional trolley mount. Trolley has capacity for 20/25 litre drum of cleaning product. Fabricated from 316 Stainless Steel.
